Summer Camps
Fun, confidence-building camps where students ages 5–18 sing, dance, act—
and perform by Friday.
Finding the right summer camp for your child isn’t easy.
You want something fun—but also meaningful.
You want your child to:
- Build confidence
- Make new friends
- Stay active and creative
But many camps are overcrowded or don’t give kids the attention they need.
It’s hard to know if a program will truly help your child grow.
At FPMT, every student is seen, supported, and encouraged.
Our experienced staff gives one-on-one attention in a small group setting so each child can grow at their own pace.
We don’t just teach theatre—we help kids build confidence, teamwork, and life skills they’ll use everywhere!
How Our Camps Work
Our summer theatre camps are simple to join and exciting to be part of!
We have a variety of week-long camps focusing on either a specific skill within musical theatre—like drama, dance, or vocals, or a combination of skills such as Sing & Dance or a full Mini-Musical camp. This allows your child to choose what interests them most or choose a new skill to grow!
When your child joins a camp, they will:
- Stay with the same group and director all week
- Learn step-by-step in a focused and supportive setting
- Get personal attention while still being part of a team
- Build skills through daily practice and hands-on learning
Camp sizes vary depending on the program, but we always create an environment where every student is seen and supported.
By the end of the week, students share what they’ve learned:
- Mini-Musical Camps perform a full musical at our studio with sets, costumes, and an audience of family members at the end of the week
- Skill-based camps (Dance, Drama, or Vocal) present a fun showcase for parents to see the skills that they have been working on at the end of the week
This gives every child a chance to step on stage, feel proud, and celebrate their progress.
It’s a full week of learning, growth, and fun—all leading up to a moment they’ll remember.

Each of our summer theatre camps gives students a fun, focused experience while helping them grow in confidence and skill.
Dance Camps
A fun and active experience for students who love to move.
Each dance camp focuses on different styles depending on the session, giving students a chance to explore new types of movement and grow their skills.
- Ages 5-13: We focus on classic theatre dance to a variety of Disney songs your student will LOVE! From Hercules to Bolt to The Princess and the Frog, you’ll definitely find something your child will LOVE to dance to.
- Ages 12-18: We have a variety of styles from theatre dance to contemporary to tap to lyrical, focusing on expanding your student’s skill set and helping them grow. This year, our line-up of classes feature songs from both Mamma Mia! and The Greatest Showman.
Campers learn choreography, improve coordination, and build confidence in a supportive environment with a small group of other students, giving them a chance to get personal attention.
At the end of the week, they’ll perform in a dance showcase for parents, allowing you to see what they’ve been working on!
Mini Musical Camps
A full show experience in just one week!
On the first day, students participate in low-pressure auditions and are assigned roles right away. From there, they spend the week learning lines, songs, and choreography, giving them the chance to experience the full production process in just one week!
Students work together daily to bring the show to life with guidance from a full team including a director, vocal coach, and choreographer. We offer two different age group options, 5-10 year olds and 7-13 year olds. Each age group will enjoy putting together a show at their skill level.
The week ends with a fully costumed performance for family and friends. It’s a big moment—and one they’ll never forget.
Vocal Camps
Build confidence and strength in your child’s singing voice.
Students can bring in songs they love, or work with instructors to choose music that fits their voice. They’ll learn proper technique, breathing, and performance skills.
Our vocal coaches prioritize one on one attention to ensure every student feels like they grow their vocal skills throughout the week. Choose camps based on the style of singing your student is interested in!
- Ages 7-13: Learn how to sing beloved Disney songs in How to be a Great Disney Singer.
- Ages 12-18: Grow vocal technique and focus on more advanced singing in How to be a Broadway Singer.
The final showcase gives each student a chance to perform and show you how much they’ve grown!
Sing & Dance Camps
A high-energy mix of voice and movement.
Students split their time between singing and dancing, making this a great option for kids who want variety and a well-rounded experience.
Students age 7-13 can stay engaged, active, and challenged throughout the week while dancing to their favorite Disney songs in Disney Sing & Dance.
The camp wraps up with a fun showcase combining both singing and dance.
Drama Camps
Perfect for students who love acting and storytelling!
Students learn the fundamentals of acting while working on scenes with others. They’ll explore different styles, play theatre games, and practice performing in a group.
This camp focuses on expression, creativity, and learning how to work with others on stage.
- Ages 5-10: Play classic characters like Timon and Pumbaa in Scenes from the Lion King, or Cinderella and Prince Charming in Disney Prince & Princess Acting.
- Ages 7-13: Learn how to play a WIDE range of Disney characters in How to be a Great Disney Actor.
- Ages 10-15: Auditions feel nerve-wracking? Learn how to present yourself with confidence and skill in a drama audition in How to Have a Great Audition.
- Ages 12-18: Grow the ability to act without a script in Improv, or focus on serious acting technique in Serious Acting Scenework.
At the end of the week, families are invited to a scene-based showcase where you’ll get a chance see how they have grown!
